Ok so I'm never ordering from streestyler.com again. Here's why: I ordered the front and rear Type R lip combo for my Civic on February 22nd. Immediately after purchasing the combo I got the confirmation/receipt email. They said it was gonna be a couple of weeks to get to my house. So I wait about 3-4 weeks and still no package. So I decided to emailed them about 5 times within a period of a week because I was getting no replies at all! They finally replied back for the first time a week after the emails. The only reason they replied back is because USPS said that my address was "Invalid"...trust me on this one: It's a real address. So I replied and told them it was a real address and if it still didn't work that they could use my neighbor's address. I don't get a reply again(and this was a couple weeks ago). So I call them today and the guy is telling me that they forwarded the information that I sent them to USPS and they haven't said anything which means it's being shipped. This is the best part: He said that it will be another 3 weeks from today, to get it to my house. So the thing that got me pissed off about the whole thing is the lack of contact and they're shitty ass customer service(because they never answer they're phone either). So now the total wait time for me to get my stuff is 8-9 weeks maybe earlier if the package gets here faster.

Well put, that was exactly my thoughts.
Damn, what's up with people getting hosed lately? Sorry to hear about this, hope everything works out for you. I'd say if you don't have your products in within the next week or so, mention the BBB to them. That oughta' straighten them up.

your first hint that its a shitty store should have been the name
It took about 3.5 weeks for my buddy's lip to get to his house. Trying to reach them is very hard, also.

On Team-Integra.net, they are always complained about by the members for bad customer service and long waiting periods for the product to arrive. They are even one of the site's sponsers but they mess up a lot of the member's orders. I buy my lips off of eBay, it's also cheap for the same thing from streetstyler.net and people on honda-tech.com.
Streetstyler gets there parts from absdynamics.com. Absdynamics has several other companies listed that sell the same stuff as streetstyler.

Fullrace has the quality product and demand to have shitty service. People will still buy the parts.
I never use any companies that use USPS for delivery of parts. 50% of the shit that goes through the mail is lost, broken, or stolen.

OK I got the lips a couple days ago, so technically it was more like a week more. I'm never ordering from them again.

^^^ Yup... I remember I bought a motor from canada and they fucked me over too. They supposely shipped it to the wrong address and then it didn't come with everything they said and the shift linkage was for a different car.
