I have asked you a few questions before about my 98 passport well over the weekend I noticed a small oil leak on the passenger side about under truck were the strut is it looks like. Sunday and Monday there was a spot the size of a small pizza. I tried looking around to find were it might be comming from but no luck. What on that side could it be? And what would you charge me to bring it in to get it looked at?

Anyway since I had sooo many replies I found out it is power steering fluid and it is leaking from what looks like the rack an pinion or what ever that has two boots like an axle and is connected to the wheels? What is it and how much to fix it?

You should call the shop rather then expecting a reply here. He's probably knee deep in a couple cars as usual.

Probably the rack. I would have to look at it and see if can be resealed or if it needs to be replaced.
