I like it and it's fun to play with some friend's that are a little older and really appreciate the music or at least the ones that still play video games.

Didn't and wont buy Hero 3, Frets on Fire is a lot better, mainly because i can add whatever the hell songs I want to it, instead of hoping red octane adds something i like, like these:

Isn't Frets on Fire a keyboard version? That's kinda dumb and simply removes the fun and spirit right out of the game. I guess if you can use the guitars that wouldn't be so bad but GH is better because:

1) I know way more people with GH than Fags on Fire :)

2)Portability

3) Cool ambiance,graphics,doesn't look ghetto

4) Can play it on any TV

5)Not enough of a computer nerd to care but they do have some hacks for GH too which are much better than FOF IMO.

it started out keyboard, which was extremely full of AIDS and Fail, but now there's full guitar support. there's a ton of hacks as well to build you own custom ambiance/bg/fret boards, or download skins/themes.

Good god I can't wait for rock band, that sounds/looks so fun. Only problem is getting someone to be singer, which will be easy when everyone's drunk. then comes the problem of having to listen to said drunk ass attempting to sing.

I've had GH3 since it came out but havent been able to play that much because my TV burned up. :( Its a fun game however, and even tho' I'm not that good at it..its still very fun once in a while.

I played guitar hero once.

Bathing in scalding hot water could not remove the stench of nerd off of me. The only I was able to do it was by waiting for my molting period and molting in the woods, instead of my room like I normally do.
