Dont get me wrong a lot of dudes who get out or are thrown out are pretty disgruntled. I am sure some of them will do some retarded things. But what that guy did in the video is a pretty easy tactic... I mean if you ever play paintball you know the manuveur to cut the distance to the enemy by laying supressive fire till you can close with and destroy the enemy. lol

There was an article about this exact incident In 'Rolling Stone' a couple years ago. The article basically states that the police and media assumed it was gang related, while the parents and friends claim he wasn't in a gang and that the war caused him to be mentally unstable.
