Do you mean he's dead? "Captain America is death" makes him sound like a killer. "Captain America is dead" instead suggests that his life is ended.

Are you sure Captain America died. We can just use Death to go back in time and stop it from happening. Twist Death's ankle and no one can die, except for the Dawson's Creek members on a plane.
