This has been my pride and joy since '03. I currently have 3 project cars right now and I need to get rid of one. The car currently might have a fuel leak that I'm trying to track down. This would make a great project car for somebody that would like to take a Z to the next level with a built motor. The motor was compression and leak down tested prior to the TT install and it passed with flying colors. It's been a great ride along the way, but I really want to focus on the two muscle cars I have aside from this sucker. Along with the car I would throw in the rims & tires I have for it and also the stock exhaust and cats and 7.5# springs and the stock fuel rails. In its current state it would fail an emissions test with flying colors, so keep in mind this would be a project car (IE you would need to get it retuned with the stock exhaust to pass). Why might it have a fuel leak? Is there anything seriously wrong with it other than it won't pass emissions? Are you able to just bolt the factory cats back on, or will they need to be modified to get them to fit again? This sounds like a smokin deal, I'll have to look more into this.

The fuel leak make the car idle like crap and not rev past 2.5k when it does it. It does this very rarely, to the point that I can't really diagnose it enough to see what is the exact cause. But the engine itself is healthy, the rest of the components are all very high quality and professionally installed. At this point I wouldn't recommend it as somebody's DD due to the fuel issue. The CJM stage 1 system has been a little problematic since the get go.

The truck is what I want to focus on now :) It's got a 454 big block w/ radical cams and pretty high comp. I plan to rebuild it, look into EFI and twin turbo'ing it. I also want to get a race frame and suspension for it, convert to PS, disk brakes, and other creature comforts aside from the handling/race aspect. Obviously it's a truck so it can only go so far but I plan on making big power with it and decently fast :)
