I've noticed this a lot here and wanted to make a quick statement to help people out.

I have item X for SALE

NOT

I have item X for SELL

I am selling this item

NOT

I am sailing this item

I have some items for SALE

NOT

I have some items for SELL.

FOR SALE

NOT

FOR SELL

I've made this mistakes a few times; mainly because I wasn't paying attention. The ironic part is all through grade school, I always had a 95% or higher in Engrish (spelling intended). :D

Thanks for this post. I had 3 different posts ready to do this morning, but after re-reading each of them a couple times I just couldn't push the submit button. Sometimes I'm just an asshole.

I'm an asshole too, but sometimes people need to be assholes. Otherwise things go on uncorrected lol.

P.S. Brian - oh the irony of this.

Check out the Member Profiles section's description.

 @ this thread. It's so true how many people brutally thrash their grammar here. It actually annoys me. I can't post with out checking it in Word.
