9NEWS has confirmed the Denver Broncos have traded Tatum Bell, George Foster and a draft pick to the Detroit Lions in exchange for Pro Bowl CB Dre' Bly.

Is Plummer still around? I thought he'd be gone by now too.

Sencond time the Broncos have done this (trade a rb for a cb)

I always loved Bly, he was doing better with one hand than most with two. I like this trade.

ps bronco fans come over the the forum, need more people over at the site http://www.sportstimeout.com/forumdisplay.php?f=55

I'm shocked someone would want to come here, they could get shot.

He will be moved or he might just retire, very doubtfull he will be around next season.

last i heard on plummer was that we were trying to package him with another 1 or 2 players and some of our pix to the texans so we could use their pick on a RB -- adrian pederson (?)

bly and champ in the back should be for some pretty good defense

I'd like to see Garcia back up Cutler and I've heard Brad Johnson's name tossed around.

tatum was starting to suck it up. MB pretty much put an end to his career.

Damien Nash Died a few weeks ago too. Guess it's a bad year to be a bronco?

I like the trade. Look for the Broncos to be very active with some top free agents and look for them tomake another trade or 2 for some high profile players. I also predict we move up in the draft again very similar to last year.

that seems weird... i figured someone would want him for a starter -- in TB he'll be holding a clipboard unless Simms screws up....

Stockpiling picks in order to move up in the draft. I think we have 2 3rd rounders already, plus a couple 4th rounders in addition to No. 21 in the 1st round. I'd like to see Adrian Pederson but I think he's a top 3 or 4 pick. This is going to be an exciting off season though. Also, look for Adalius(sp?) Thomas from Baltimore as a possibility for us as well as Porter.

Thomas looks to be going to either SF or NE --- according to SI.com --

Thats the latest news alright. Seems odd to me, Tampa Bay seems like a pretty good fit for him. They said the starting job was up in the air between him and Simms.

I'm glad they got rid of Tatum Bell, all last season I thought they should have been using Mike Bell....Tatum has a problem holding onto the ball...

I read that it's likely for Smith to be moved to the third WR too.
