I just got this game on thursday its awesome, but it seems kinda slow on my computer, i have 128mb of ram which seems to have been doing fine for most every game ive played until i got this one it just seems to be dogging big time. I do have a 64mb hercules video card and a p4 1.7 ghz machine so i think that its just a lack of memory problem. So im wondering if i should get two 256mb ram chips or do you guys think that one 256mb chip might be okay.
Maybe there's an updated driver for your video card?

i ran it on my dell 800mghz...256 ram...16mb video card...runs with no problem
We run it on a P4 1.4 and an athlon 850 - both run nicely, both have nvidia geforce 2 cards...

What OS are you running? If its win2k or XP I think more ram would really help. Otherwise what model of video card do you have...MX400? Ti500? Thats really where you difference is going to be...there are a lot of other things you should check too...how big is your agp apature size set to in bios...update the drivers...make sure you have DX 8.1....so many things.
Personally, I was running into the fucking memory error crash with my system...it pissed me off something fierce. Seems to be gone now however...I had some somewhat forced windows rebuild at qcon this weekend...no more warcraft issues! :)

I have a Pentium Celeron, don't know how fast, but I know its like less than 500 mhz, nvidia gforce 2 graphic card, 256mb ram and it all runs fine. It's all in the settings. I put all the video settings on low and off, oh and depends what resolution you are running too. My desktop is set at 1024x768, and the game is on 800x600. Everything runs great. I always host games and stuff and I usually don't lag, unless they are lagging.
