Yikes. I had to move some friends out there about 4 years back. We learned that even though something is on the map, you might not be able to see it through the trees and brush when you are actually looking for it down there. Especially in Columbus. Its like the damn forest out there.

Also went to Paul Efantis shop today to say hi and help him out with an Element turbo, but he was gone by the time I got my ass over there. :(
Turns out a few days after they got the turbo on the Element and got it running something came loose and it burned to the ground. Ooops!

Eh, it was ok. Not at all what I expected from a shop making nearly 2000whp from a 2JZ. The showroom was filthy and cluttered, Nice guys though. Saturday I will spend the morning with these guys, much higher end shop (and Clients) than Efantis. Really cool guys as well...

Ugh, went to the Turbo Porsche shop today. What a letdown. the shop is very run down and dirty, not what I expected at all. The guy at the desk was friendly until I mentioned that I own a dyno shop and we work on Honda/Acuras. Then he went back to work and ignored us for the rest of the visit. :(

On a lighter note, I went to a shop called JE performance in North Baltimore. The shop was HUGE (15000 sq feet) and had tons of engines on shelves. The owner was at the front desk and invited us in for a tour immediatly and gave us a few contact numbers for vendors in the biz. Very cool guy and shop.
