Why do insureds always wait until Friday to handle ALL of their insurance needs/wants, and why is it never just one thing, it's 50 things that they have stored up in a year or two?

I like when the accident happens during the week, but they wait till the weekend to claim it, so I can't get my Same Day Live credit for it.

Or they'll claim a hit and run at like 11:30pm. What are they expecting? Just do that shit in the morning when someone is around to help you.

Are you implying the commercials for Geico, Progressive, and esurance are true and that 24 hour availability is much better then business day?

We've got a 24 hour claim center, but it's not like someone is going to come look at your shit in the middle of the night, especially if it's still drivable.

Hrrrm. Im running into the same shit. I have been sitting on my thumb all week, today everyone has an emergency and needs me to fix the car. I worked on more cars today than I did all week. Funny.

Maybe we should only be open Fridays Doog. Then we can sit at the pub all week and make fun of everyone else that has to work.

for those with access to USAA...i personally cant think of an easier company to work with. they actually have offices in reputable and quality repair facilities...love them to death!

side note...they are huge and centralized...i can usually get an apt. within 2-days if claimed over the weekend, next day if during the work week.

that and i get discounts for just about everything under the sun.

Hey guys. I can sympathize with you. I am 24, used to do the street thing, but I am now an Insurance Agent. Your Agent shouldn't wait till the last minute.....That is not a good way to do business. Your agent should be all over whatever it is you need. With that in mind, anyone that wants to call me, feel free. I can do personal lines, as well as commercial (ie garage keepers).
