Electrical Problem

Just wondering How much youd charge for an electrical inspection.. Car keeps dying on me, I've replaced the Battery and the Alternator and It still refuses to stay running.. or if you have any Idea what this could be, if there are any common problems with a 97 Civic DX electrical system as I am a little short on cash right now..

Diagnosis is $80 an hour. In most cases we waive the diag fee if you do the repair.
