Registration is now open for March 17th and 18th at the PMI road course. This will include all HPDE groups, Time Trials, racing, and a competition license school. If you are new to NASA, you will need a membership, but it only costs $40/year at http://www.NASAProRacing.com and that includes a subscription to Grassroots Motorsports.
To dermine which HPDE group you are in, please see this link: http://www.nasaproracing.com/norcal/events/hpde/prerquisites.pdf To run in Time Trials, you'll need to be eligible for HPDE Group 4, and contact Dave Balingit (bpanther) to submit a Time Trials license application. You'll also need to rent or buy an AMB transponder to run Time Trials.
After you register for the event, you'll just need to take your car to a HPDE tech location (this is free), and then show up to the event.
Registration and more information is here: http://www.nasarockymountain.com/nasa_forums/showthread.php?t=687
