Anybody have independent health insurance?

My company is going to change the health care plan to some bullshit plan where we have to pay out of pocket until we reach a $1250 deductible. The monthly premium is not changing.

Unfortunately everyone is upset (i am almost worried that someone is going to go postal this week). I can quit and find another job, deal with it, or work at UPS/FedEx for health care benefits. Both my wife and i work at the same place so it affects us both.

I am searching for independent health care options.

Any help is appreciated.
