i just baught new rims and it came with 205/40/16 tires can i get any other sizes like 225/40/16??

no, that is the tire. how wide is the rim itself? I'm guessing 7". yes you can go wider on the rim so long as you don't rub.

yea no clue on how big your rim is but id just go with a 215 to be safe or somethin. what car is this going on?

it's goin on a 91 accord, i thought i could get 18's one day but i'm think'n they'll rub

18's won't rub if the tire size is correct.

why do you need a wider tire on a 16" wheel? traction problems?

the thinner width/taller sidewall you get, the cheaper they are. (until they turn into truck tires)

205 will generally be cheaper than a 215 or 225
