fender thread size

i was wondering if anyone knew what size threads are in the bolts that hold my fender on. i looked in my helms manual and couldnt find them. all i could find was the bumper support and bumper bolt sizes. i was gona get them from the hardware store but cant find the sizes. thanks

if i remember correct its a 12mm

^^^^^ i know what size socket, but i need to make sure the threads are the same. example:8x1.25mm etc

8mm x 1.25 T.P. if it's a 12mm socket.
6mm x 1.25 T.P. if it's a 10mm socket.

Some of mine I think are a 10mm socket. What I have found is that most of the time the shank is 3-4mm smaller than the socket.
