Whats the company of the GPS tracker you guys use?? I'm giving suggestions to my friends in Oregon to aleviate theft and problems they are having too.....

can the cops track you while your driving down the str4eet with that? or is it just when you call in the car stolen? i dont need any more tickets if you know what i mean lol.

Only you can track the car. The cops don't see anything unless you show them. It's not lojack.

How much does it cost for the unit and installation? Could one buy it from you and install it themselves?

I ask because I might be able to have 10-20 purchases from friends in Oregon.....dependant on popularity, because every shop in Oregon is shady, so I thought it would be cool for them to have a good resource for a solid shop!

They have to be installed by the selling dealer. There is some setup and calibration involved that cant be done by the end user. I suggest that they contact the GPS company and look for an installer close to them. New car dealers are starting to install these all over the country now as well, they may find something close to them.
