Well, we just got onto the highway from wellington, going to ft collins ( i live in cheyenne, just went out for a drive ) and we were just talking about how my friend matt has bad luck, and he would get a ticket because he doesnt have his licence. well not even 3 minutes of being on the highway, this silver box looking thing just pops up out of no where. we couldnt even see it till it was 5 feet infront of the car, it blended in with the road, well matt trys to miss the box by swerving. well we end up sliding sideways across the interstate and then back the other way. finally we came to a stop on the side of the road and got out to check the bumper. nothing was hurt, just a small scratch on the side of the bumper. we could have died, we werent wearing seatbelts, going over 80, and the road was kinda slick. but i never spilt my crunk energy drink!

Are you ok. did cops show up at all? sounds crazy.
It really wasnt that bad. Just shook us up a bit. And no, after we stopped and took a breath, looked at the car, we continued on to ft collins. Lol. But we're fine.

I gotta say. Not wearing our seatbelts in the first place was a completely remedial thing for us to do.

Lol. Glad your okay!
glad you guys are all ok. did you guys grab the box? hope nobody else hit it/crashed
Don't take this the wrong way, but you're an effing fool.
and he would get a ticket because he doesnt have his licence
we could have died, we werent wearing seatbelts
The driver is a fucking dumbass for trying to swerve for a little box on the highway. Once you are doing highway speeds, you don't swerve you just fucking hit it.

I'd have to agree with Stu on this one.

Only a monumental queer would swerve out of the way of a box....

no seatbelts, 80
good choice
Also they could've hit the box, but what if it was say.. a box full of tile in the middle of the road? If you can move, do :p
No way, hit that box head on. It's easier to try and brake to a stop with a hole in your radiator, facing forward, than it is sliding sideways at 80 mph.

for some reason my brother thinks its cool to not wear his seatbelt, everytime he gets in the car i yell at him for it and his response is, " why do you care? were just going to be in the car for 5 minutes."
sigh, hes so dumb.

You could have got 1 point for taking out that box.
Did you know small childern are 5 points? so dont swerve for them either, unless its at them.

Get up to a decent speed then spike the brakes and throw him into the dash.

A freind did that to me once, with coffee in my hand, because I wouldn't put one on. He's not really my friend anymore BUT I wear one all the time now :)
I put my cousin's head into the windshield once in high school. It was an accident. Then he put his head through a windshield in a real car accident and had a headache for days. I still catch him not wearing it. Asshole.

Yeah, I know. Not wearing a seatbelt was fucking stupid of us. And I didnt know he didnt have his licence till we were in wellington. I dont have a fucking clue as to why he swerved. I know that it would have been better to just hit it head on, because it couldnt have been more than a cardboard box or so, it didnt make any scratches. But I could be wrong. We went to get the box out of the highway, but we couldnt find it anywhere, so we continued on our trip. I guess it was just his reaction to swerve, but if it was me driving, I wouldnt have. So yeah, I'll admit, the things that we did ( not wearing seatbelts, swerving, driving with a guy w/ no licence on him ) was probably the stupidest thing we could have done. So yeah, you can call me a tool, its fine, cause truthfully, I know its the truth. But thanks to everyone that was happy to see I was safe.

Careful not to just go plowing things, like someone already said, the box coulda been full of something like concrete.
The solution to that is very simple. Turn off the engine and remove the key from the ignition until compliance is achieved.

Lol Dave L. Hopefully I wont die going up to Nopi. By the way, just a quick thought. Since they are having a car show that maybe we should set up an area for HAI?? I think that would be pretty sweet, and good advertisement. :)
