okay here's the story!
i put a cd player in my civic(95 honda civic cx) using a aftermarket adapter harness and after that i kept blowing my tailight/instrument cluster/brake light FUSE so i found the problem too that1 it was a extra wire i didnt have too use on the adapter harness getting grounded :)! But then after fixing that i replaced the fuse obviously and now my instrument cluster lights work just fine BUT my taillights DONT work at all nor my brake light? so what could be going on now with my taillights? PLZ LMK this is my DD any ideas where i should start looking.
