I'm picking Chargers,Ravens,Saints and ............Seahawks. I bet Greise replaces Grossman by the 3rd qtr and gives Bear fans some hope to not waste this seasons win total but of course it was the NFC..

Shit, got the first game wrong
I thought Ravens would win too, I thought Saints would go against them in the Super Bowl. Think Chargers and Bears will win the division games. Then Chargers and Saints go to Super Bowl and Chargers win.

Yea it's going to be upsetting when Chicago pounds Seattle's ass into the ground for the second time this year.

Yeah, that Bears offense is sure potent with (W)rex Grossman at the helm.:spit:
Seattle needs to score 17 and they should win.

Da bears today. I'm acutally hoping that California just falls into the ocean this afternoon and everyone from SD and NE ends up dying.
Actually.... I'll take the lesser of 2 evils and go with Tom the Golden Boy over Marty "I'm the biggest douchebag and haven't won a playoff game in my entire career" Shottenhiemer and LT "my shit don't stink" Tomilinson
If the bolts do make it, I hope the Saints get there and Brees lights those fuckers up.... that would be poetic justice :drink:

They've been playing with alot of composure thru the playoffs, they finally had everything set in place, throughout the regular season they were making changes like every game and never found a click.......
Oh well.....da Bears will lose next week against the Saints

*choke*
The Marty Curse shows up again.
I don't think it's a curse...it's just stupidity on his part. 4th and 11 and going for it when you're not trying to come back? You deserve to lose when you make retarded decisions like that.
*edit*
I did want the Chargers to win, I just think that coach is a moron for a call like that though.

Looks like Bill Belicheck will win another Super Bowl. Brady for best quaterback big game quarterback for this generation?

I just became a HUGE NFC guy. Next weeks AFC game is "The Battle of the douches" -- Peyton vs Brady!
Come on SAINTS -- or even Chicago...
Belicheck and Brady both need to be taken down 3 or 4 notches, and Manning's ego would throw the Earth off it's orbit if he ever wins a SB...

Actually Marty wasn't making the calss, that was handed over to his assistant and the guys upstairs (he didn't even have a headset on for part of the game) and he still lost. It's a curse that follows Marty know matter what.

Still Marty's fault for not intervening in a ridiculously idiotic call like that then. They said on the telecast he tries not to intervene on the calls of this O-coord and D-coord, but will sometimes if its critical..... like 4th and 11
Anybody see LT try to go after the Pats players at the end? espn and si are saying he's mad because the Pats were doing Merrimans "i take 'roids" dance....

Who I want to win:
AFC: a bolt of lightening strikes the RCA dome sending both teams into some sort of alternate universe. Because of short scheduling the SB is then a rematch between the NFC teams....
NFC: Saints
Who I think will win:
AFC: Pats
NFC: Bears

Pats/Saints but I guess I wouldn't mind seeing the better of the Mannings win a SB.
IMO the SB will be played this Sunday with the AFC championship deciding it. ;)
I think the Chargers are sore losers and should just shut up and work on next year to get rid of some of that anger from blowing a sure SB win and a great season rigth down the crapper.

The Bears better find some real offense since they can't let it turn into an offensive shootout or the Colts will win big. Their D looked good against teh Saints but now they aren't playing an NFC team this round.

Werd, the entire team has to step up and keep up to beat the Colts. I'm in for Manning and the Colts winning.
Colts and Pats game was a good dame though.

I really want a SB that's entertainign after halftime and it needs solid officiating unlike last year's questionable calls.

Not me. I want a 1 sided blow out where Peyton gets a Theisman-esque career ending injury. Go Bears!
I'ld also like to see Marvin Harrison taken down a couple notches. For a "sure hall of famer" he sure had had some easy drops.

The Saints had the 1st rated offense at the end of the regular season.
It's alright that most don't give any credit to the Bears. I understand that Grossman is very inconsistant, but with the Bears D all he has to do is not make mistakes. Last nights games he was only 11-26 for 144yds and a TD, but he had no fumbles or interceptions and the Bears only had one penalty for 5 yards.
Grossman doesn't need to be some superstar for the Bears to win. He just has to not make mistakes. Then let the D and special teams make plays.
V8SpankR
01-22-2007, 01:21 PM
The Saints also play in the much weaker NFC. Bear fans do just have to wonder which Grossman will show up and if he plays mistake free and the D does their job they just might win but down in the nice weather of Miami I think the Colts will prevail.
I know Colts will probably win...but I am so sick of this "Peyton Manning" thing. If Colts lose it's cause of the defense...if they win it's cause of Manning. I know he is extremely good, but everyone makes it seem like Manning is the entire team and credit him 100% on the wins, but if they do bad it's never his fault.

i hate peyton as much (actually probably even more) than the next guy, but.... are you stoned?
He's been chided for never "winning the big one" his entire career. He gets reamed for being a great regular season player but then 'choking' under the pressure of the playoffs....
