i am considering selling my 18" racing hart c-5. they are used but in fair cond. id say they are about a 6-7 out of 10. $400 with tires one rim has a small dent and i curbed it the other day. the curb mark is about 2 inches long. i tried to upload pics but it said the file was too large. so if you want pics pm me and ill email them to you.
