2001 accord f23 block with 95 h22 head
new oem crank
new topline bearings
new oem rods (balanced) come bushed from the factory
prelude type s pistons (11.5:1 compression but with this set up im not exactly sure how much compression, id guess around 13:1)
cometic head gasket
arp head studs
pnp head
skunk2 stage 2 cams
kms stainless steel black nitride coated valves
kms dual titanium valve springs
kms titanium retainers
skunk2 intake manifold
hondata intake manifold gasket
72mm throttle body
purple top dsm injectors
aem fuel pressure regulator
5 speed trans NO GRINDS!!!!!
exedy hyper single clutch
fidanza flywheel
dynoed at pfi in october made 189 hp and 178 ft.lbs of torque that was basically untuned except for playing with the afc which we maxxed out and still had a 14:1 afr. and a bad head gasket with only 65 psi of compression in #1 cylinder. so there is more to be made. dyno sheets are available.
with the head studs and cometic head gasket there is now 200-210 psi across the board.
motor has 1008miles on it now.

i havent ran this at the track yet. but my old set up (same as this but with out the built head, intake manifold, throttle body, or injectors) ran 14.7 un tuned. on falken azenis. in my 92 cx hatch.
i have receipts for pretty much everything. approximatley 6grand into this for parts, machine shop, and labor (brent at PFI assembled the bottom end! :)..THANKS BRENT!
