Prices? Good groups to go with? It says that you go 120 MPH, that seems rather slow. I can go faster on my bike. If that is it there there must be better things to do. The cheapest I saw was 165, and I do not think you can solo jump.

Dood, 120 mph is a mile every 30 seconds. Or 10,000+ feet in a minute. Pretty fast way to close the distance with mother earth if'n you ask'n me.

Don't feel bad. You stating that it made you laugh..... made ME laugh!
I took an AFF (accelerated free fall) course a bunch of years ago out in Calhan. At the end of the course you are doing solo jumps & tricks. It was a blast until I had a slight mishap and came to the conclusion that I could die, and if I did my family would be left w/nothing as insurance doesn't cover "acts if insanity". :)
If you are an adrenaline junkie, it's one of the ultimate rushes. Take a 'test drive' by doing a tandem jump - that way you don't have to worry about anything & let the jumpmaster do all the work. That's what my wife did.
We jumped from 14k feet, and had about 30-40 seconds worth of free fall before pulling.

You could try indoor skydiving. I hear it's a little cheaper and you can "jump" solo. Of course, it probably doesn't have nearly the rush the actual skydiving does, but for someone like you, it seems your safest bet.

I actually got a package that consisted of that for christmas from the woman. Talk about a friggin impulse buy. The package is an indoor session, a tandem, then a solo jump. Ramping up I guess. Should be fun as hell, i'm really excited, but at the same time i'm feeling kind of chicken shit bout the final solo jump. Guess that's why they make you do the other 2 first

Just put together a parachute from duct tape, then go find a guy with the ricketiest plane you can find and ask him to take you up. It'd probably only cost like $50.

I know there is a place in Denver that does it, they are relatively new butI have no idea what it's called. I may give it a shot someday since there is no way in hell I would jump out of a perfectly good plane.

I know there is one in Highlands Ranch, its off of C470 and I25 kinda, on the other side of C470 from the mall...

It's off Park Meadows Drive, right by Yosemite and C-470, and it just says "Indoor Skydiving" on the building, so I assume that is what it is called.
I heard it was roughly $90 for one minute of it though. Seemed expensive, but pretty cool.

prices dont seem to bad. looks like 14 bucks a minute, whichs is kinda steep, but considering the astronomical costs associated with running fans that big, its not too bad.
probably something worth doing at least once.
