Did anybody actually stick with that?
I finally weighed myself today (a mere month and a half after the deadline) and I lost a little over 15lbs from dieting off and on for the past 3 months. Chipotle diet FTW

Fuck! When we started this, I was a 175 lb guy with a nice cut and a fading 6pack. Since then, I am no longer working my ass off with hard labor. My arms are well rounded, the pack is long gone prolly never to return, and I weigh 195. It ain't muscle. And so begins the downward spiral known as life.

As I saw on a Jet Li movie,

I have stayed about the same weight 195-198 but my body fat went from 14% to 9% just from eating right and not eating junk food.
