Yup it happens. most people can't pronounce most japanese brands; its sad.
You have tein (like pain), apex-eye(or apex integration) not apexee, Bride (brid), Go-zie-ghen (5zigen, go is 5 in japan kids :)), wantanabe (want-ah-nob-ee), etc etc etc

nope; the little 4' tall japanese guy that is THE guy behind tein lectured a stupid cunt bitch host on some ricer show on G4 on how to pronounce the company name. it was pretty funny since he was speaking mad engrish!

i've heard it both ways teal and tile... i usually say teal but i could be wrong on that one
