Since I can't get a fucking serious answer from anyone, let's try in here.

Is it possible to have my texts through T-Mobile forwarded to an e-mail address? Anyone know?

You should be able to manually do it from the phone (it should allow you to select your recipient as a phone number or an email address). That's how Sprint works at least.

If you are talking about automatically, my guess is no but it might be beneficial to call T-Mobile themselves and ask them. :)

Yeah, I mean automatically since I don't get reception at work in Westminster and it's a bitch to have to keep walking upstairs to check for texts.

might be remotely helpful, read about the sms -> email

I tried googling but didn't find anything relevant, have you tried calling support?

I did a year or so back and they said it wasn't an option. I was just hoping there was maybe some sort of outside software that could do it.

I'm at $75/mo for I think 1200 anytime minutes, unlimited night and weekend, and unlimited text/pic messaging. Is that a pretty decent plan?

Yeah. I'm happy with T-Mobile, but if someone offered me a better deal I'd take it. I'm ok with $75/mo for what I have.

That's only a decent price if you actually use around 1200 minutes during week days, which I doubt you do. Look at your bills and see how many of those any time minutes you are actually using, then pick a plan that better fits that.

If your going to do it do it before the end of the month and I can give you a 100 dollar bill credit and waive your act fee. Ill help you out with rate plans too. Do you work for a large Corp? If you do let me know and ill look into additional discounts.

Actually, I use my phone a lot for work now that I travel between locations. So I actually use almost all of them. Maybe I can convince my work to pay for half of my bill every month. Heh.

my sidekick autoforwards all my email and text messages to sidekick's email address, which you can check online. Check it out if you're that dedicated to it. Plus, teh full web browser full e-mail client is nice, plus, googling random shit to prove to your friends they're wrong whenever you feel like it ftw.

I wonder if that's only a Sidekick feature.

i think so because you get an entirely different backend at t-mobile.com when you have the sidekick, everything gets mirrored there (phonebook, all the pictures you take, texts, notes, etc) and if you update the virtual sidekick on the website, your phone is autoupdated too and vice-versa
