The DMV site should have information. I did it last year but forgot exactly what happened. I did get a temp license and had it mailed to me.

go to the dmv wait in line, get told to wain in another line, pay $60 to wait in one more line then you have a lisence again

you have to call the dmv, and make a reinstatement appointment..

they actually call you up by name, and then you pay 60 bucks, take a pic, and wait to get your chit in the mail...
