okay the first official HAI meet went pretty good now its time for the second which hopefully is even better!

heres some info of where too meet and what time ETC,.....

January 13th( if wheather sucks it will be On january 20th)

Time: @ 1:00PM

Location: theres two that i can think of you guys pick or unless theres a better place someone comes up with?

1. 96th and federal SONIC
2. Brighton(exit on Bromley lane theres a gas station/wendy's etc...) empty street!

anyone is invited no matter what car you got unless its total rice!

So who would be interested?

3rd location option - Castle Rock? Most of our members are in the Denver/Cosp areas.

96th is way too far north for any of the CoSP people, and Brighton is too far away from anywhere.

how are the cops around here, back in ohio they were pretty much cool as long as we didnt do burnouts or litter, and on good nights had 500-1000 cars at any given time... but we normally rolled out from 11pm till 2-4 am some nights...

If you want to have a meet in a parking lot, you better get the owner's permission first, or do it on public property like a park (within park hours, of course). Otherwise, it's quite possible that you'll get kicked out, seeing as how you are trespassing and loitering. Sonics are usually good though, unless people are a bunch of deadbeats and just take up space and rice the place up, without buying anything.

well think of a place thats not too far most HAI members are in or around the Arvada/westy/thornton/aurora/brighton/littleton/denver!

and Castle rock is hella far for some of us!

well we had an odd agreement with proctor and gamble, and they let us use a lot that fit about 1500 cars downtown.(cincinnati) .. as long as the place was not trashed, (and that we didnt hang out during office hours) we were (and are still are) more than welcome.. you would be amazed at how happy the cops were that we kept most of the bs out of the street..

DTC would be way nice, and id rather hit up DTC than any other location - BUT, because its a buisness district im afraid of the cop situation. i know of some nearbly parking garages we could go to, if people kept it low key.

If I have to go up north, I'd recommend 108th & colo blvd is your best bet as that has a huge parking lot.

with no hassle from the police.. it was actually pretty nice.. until the word got out and rice boys started showing up, and ruining it for the people who worked their asses off to get a spot for people in the car community to hang out and bs...

I remember the HAI meet we had in Castle Rock a few years ago, that was nice. Well planned out, and it was a good time of year. I think Brian and pals from C Springs did all the planning and did a great job.
If you want to set this up, I just say do it at Sonic. It's a Saturday night and as long as we're not a bunch of slobs and we eat some food and pickup after ourselves it shoulf be fine.
