I recall someone on here lived there or currently lives there, can't remember who, but if you have lived there, can you tell me the experiences living there?
I've got my sights set on moving at that complex since that place seems a lot nicer than the other apartments around that area so any relevant info is appreciated.
Thanks.

I didn't live there, but my parents did a few years ago when they were having their new house built. It's pretty much what you'd expect... high priced, flakey management, and full of college kids.

That's my type (sans the flakey management).
Lots of college kids FTW

I lived there for 2 years back in the day. It was a really nice complex, lots of college kids living there. For a 2 bedroom setup me and my roomies were paying $1200 a month. Has a basket ball court, racketball, billiards, pool, and the lake there and is within walking distance form the Flatirons mall (the best mall *imo). I'd recommend it, had a lot of fond memories there lol.
We didn't have any problem with the management or anything, it was alwas nicely well kept.

I believe Brett lives in that area. I was considering that as an alternative to the place I'm at now, simply because of the garage space available.

Cool deal, thanks for your insight.
I'm personally just going to live by myself so a one bedroom will do. I'd get roommates but I really don't wanna deal with drama, stupid disputes, lack of privacy, and reliability issues so I'll pay a little extra for some peace of mind if necessary.

That's why I choose to live alone.

:werd: I've never had a roommate... even from the very start, it seemed worth the extra money to live by myself.

I've had roomates in the past. Especially in college. There's just a few people that I can stand 24/7 or can stand me.

I lived by myself for 4-5 months. It was alright but I got really bored. I like having someone to hang out without having to leave the house. It's also nice when it comes down to going out. You have 2 people that have to get back to the same place lol.

I'd recommend roomates, way cheaper and funner. But then again there is only 2 people I could live with, my old roomies. We all lived together just fine and since I moved here to CO back in 2000, I went thru 16 roomates thru college. It's definately is hard to find somebody you can live with.

My wife lived there for a year in a three bedroom w/ 2 roommates before we moved in together. Great location.

:werd: I've been through lots of roommates. My roommate now works nights sometimes for a week so I'll only see him for an hour a day. It gives us a nice break and makes it work.
