They are unoffically scheduled at Bandi two weeks before the Rice Fest they are putting on.

Some how I dont think 400 ft/lb of torque is going to be very controlable to just my rear wheels.

It would probably be their first and final one as Denver doesnt seem to be able to draw that big of a crowd and anywhere as much revenue as any of the other major cities. Proven from IDRC to NHRA to Drift Showoff.

NHRA sport compact has pulled out of Denver for 2007, so hopefully NOPI has stepped in to provide an event for us.

NHRA sport compact has pulled out of Denver for 2007, so hopefully NOPI has stepped in to provide an event for us.

But we have to make a good turn out for them to come back and draw more big shows to Denver, so that means everybody with a nice ride needs to show up for this.

you dont need to go rwd..... just good power and entry speed. Its a little unnerving at first but the awd will slide like a mo-fo. I will be there.

Having been driving modded compact cars since the mid to late 90's(well BEFORE fnf), I can honestly say there is a lot less attention nowadays from police given to us than there used to be.

in 1998? I was one of like 4 modified FWD cars in aurora.

Now? I blend in in a sea of 100 from the same neighborhood.

The scene as a whole may get more attention but individually you get less.

Plus, when official motorsports die, so does product & manufacturer support for our cars.
