2 1/2 years comes to an end

Well, I just broke up with my girlfriend of 2 1/2 years. Just sorta happened so I am pretty bummed. She was definatly my first love, won't deny that and I hate to see it come to an end. however, I feel that it was for the best and that everything works out for a reason. Just asking if anyone has any good methods of recovering or whatever you want to call it.

I dated a girl for 2.5 years lived with her for 2 of them, and we broke up it was pretty tough!! We would hook up every once and a while because we were "comfortable" with each other, I would suggest if you or her want to have sex or soemthing, dont do it.....it just makes it harder:/
