-open up VLC player (might have to update to current one if it doesn't work)
-then select Open Network Stream (ctrl-n)
then type in one of the below url's ftw

change the xx to tt.
no lag and most have audio too
it's usually a hit or miss. as in you'll have to wait for someone to buy a private show for you to see anything
