Electric superchargers seem to be getting really big on eBay lately. Too bad they don't get along with the laws of physics.
BTW, you can build your own for like $70 or less by using a ducted fan unit out of a R/C jet and a compatible electric motor. But, the electric current requirement and the amount of boost actually produced make it almost as impractical as some of these that you see on eBay.

I ordered two of those and put both of them on my '78 chevette, I am running 78 psi of boost and ran a 8 second 1/4 mile with no other mods!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHA

that thing is not very real!!
i've seen a real electronic supercharger.. it runs off of 3 car batteries and has a motor about 4 times the size of a starter..
AND it cost like 1800.00
i would say for the added current draw and weight..IT aint worth it.
those on ebay are a gimmic for stupid people..."beat:
