that guy obviously has no idea how to drive with as many times he almost lost control and his constant tire screetching/drifting everywhere. I LOL'd when he passed those motorcylists going about 150mph faster and about 1" away from them hahaha.

Fuck yeah!
Old ass video but still fun to watch. Porsches are extremely nervous rides, and this one is especially powerful... and I'd like to see some of you people drive even close to the level this guy is. It's pretty obviously he's sliding it around on purpose anyways.
edit: is he driving in socks?

Isn't he just testing his traction out? You see this in lots of Best Motoring videos and in WRC videos.

This is an old but very well-done video. As far as his driving ability, IIRC they set a laptime record in this session for the Nurburgring that stood for a long time. The RUF CTR Yellowbird was for a long time the worlds fastest production car, and in the world of 911 Turbos his driving is very good. My guess is you have never driven a Porsche at the limit. Oh, and he is driving in loafers and carrying on a conversation with the camera guy.

Yeah, he looks pretty jerky on that wheel, but it doesn't seem to be causing a problem. I wouldn't say he's out of control... the car is loose, but loose is fast, and he doesn't seem to get himself into trouble. Not sure what's up with the drifting though.

So he can say, "Yeah, I drifted a yellowbird on the nurburgring, what's up? "

I'd assume it's the weight balance of RR. With all that momentum out back, turning in quickly will produce some pretty solid oversteer on those cars.

I wouldn't call it solid...

This guy makes plenty of adjustments with the steering wheel. Just trying to keep it on track, abd he sets the fastest lap time record for the tourist layour of the Ring. I doubt this track is as easy as Forza or GT4 have lead us to beleive it is. I couldn't even imagine what it must have been like for the Formula 1 cars that raced there.

Actually that guy looks to be a very experienced driver, he's oversterring on purpose to kick the rear out. I'm not sure if it awd or rear drive, but 911's have that handling characteristics.

He kept it on track, the rest is just sketchy! Props for the driving though. But, in blue jeans and a t-shirt?!? That's nuts...
