so im thinking about getting an oldschool lude 87-89, i have never had a honda before but figured why not would be good to run around in.
so what are some good choices for engine swaps with the least difficulty, as in fabrication.
plz no flamming , just asking for info.
and on another note i keep seeing hondas with white rims i think they are oz's but cant find out what kind they are heres a link to a pic of some.

I wouldn't start off with an old ass prelude. It won't give you much options performance wise IMO and my lawn mower is faster than those.

What he said ^
If you want to keep it relative 'old school' I'd go with a CRX and swap in the torqueless wonder b16 because they can be had for relatively cheap.

youngstunna, I have always loved those ludes myself. I would go with the 90-91, they have updated looks, like white and red taillights, no yellow. It is true though, they are hard to mod. Swapping a b-series into it is very hard because of the lack of aftermarket support. What I mean is the mounts are VERY hard to come by, and if you do come by some, they are around 800-1000+ to buy. Boost is an option though, and from what I hear these motors to decent under pressure.
Check out www.preludepower.com . Or wait for Mario to chime in, he has far more knowlegde than me when it comes to 3rd gens. But man, if you build a boosted 3rd gen, it would be unique, fast, and great looking. Best of luck to ya!

Just FYI man, H22's are tough, many of the parts are not mass produced like all the Teg and Civic stuff. So, be prepared, they are great motors, but man can they get expensive.

that is a 90-93 integra btw, and it is a body kit on it. I have 2 93 integras that i am about to start to sell. one has stock engine, and the other has boosted gsr engine in it.

im not gonna like i almost like that integra better than the lude, almost.
that black lude with black rims i think its an 89 that runs around the springs is what got me liking ludes. im still reasearching swaps, i just saw the post about the s2k engines in hatches(swap) i dont think this is the route for me not liking it that much, but i am sure the engines put down some numbers.
so what about those rims, anyone got a scoop on them??
