God they have the worst customer service on the planet.

Twice they've turned off my kids' phones for non-payment. But they don't send us a damn bill!

I'm trying to get the phones turned back on this morning, but I need to talk to a fucking HUMAN in order to ask some questions / get them to start sending me bills vs just turning the fucking phones off.

I've been walking thru their (*@&#(*$ voice menus on 1.800.cricket and can't get to a god damn human.

Anyone have a phone number for cricket which actually connects to a fucking human?

Im gettting sick of fuckin customer service, I swear I have not talked to an american since everybody decieded to fucking off shore all there fucking calling stations. Im so sick of them fuckers, learn how to speak english or don't try to fucking talk to me!!

I've tried pressing zero, but until I have reactivated the phones all I get is "if you want to reactivate your phone..." or "you have pressed an incorrect key".

I'm going to goto a cricket store and let them know exactly what I think.

Stu - cricket because of the options available for the kids - unlimited everything. Other carriers couldn't compete. Hindsight being what it is, I'd probably not have gone with cricket. But - they both have nice phones and I'm not about to switch carriers again and pony up for more hardware.

lol, I feel ya man. ANy time we have to talk to a service provider or tech support for routers and other hardware, it goes straight to India. And, their names are always john, anthony, mike or some shit. Shows how much they care if the first thing the guy says is a lie.

I called our mortgage company the other day and got some girl who sounded like she was from India... she spoke english ok, but it really sucks that they send so many jobs overseas like that. oh well, better get used to it, huh?

Turns out they had us setup for paperless billing. My daughter received a text msg on her phone saying something like "Please don't forget to pay your bill".

No idea how they screwed up my billing, as we'd never asked for paperless. And they wouldn't wave the $15 fee to re-enable the phones.

The rates are good, coverage is good in my area, but man - I'd never, ever recommend Cricket to anyone when it comes to taking care of the customer.

Threaten to cancel your service if they don't refund the fees. 65% of the time, it works everytime.

Cricket may have unlimited everything but you get what you pay for. Customer service sucks, coverage sucks, phones suck. I get at least two to three people a month coming in to switch away from cricket.
