A 44-year-old Saginaw man remains jailed today on charges of bestiality after he was seen engaged in sexual acts with a dead dog, Michigan State Police troopers said.
Ronald Kuch was arrested after police searched the area of Midland and Carter roads Friday for a man who ran away from a Bay County Animal Control officer. The entire incident was within view of a nearby day care center.
At his arraignment on Monday, Kuch demanded a preliminary examination in Bay County District Court. District Judge Craig Alston ordered him to remain jailed in lieu of $500,000 bond pending a hearing on the evidence Nov. 6.

Troopers said a woman from the day care center called for animal control because there was a dead dog near the property that had been hit by a car several days earlier.
Before officers could arrive, the man showed up and began engaging in sexual acts with the dog, police said. The animal control officer also reported seeing Kuch involved in the sex act and as he approached him, Kuch shoved him away and ran off.
State troopers searched the area and found the man hiding in the attic of a nearby house.
Officers determined that the house belonged to the man's girlfriend and later learned that the dog, a black Labrador retriever, also belonged to the girlfriend. The dog had been dead for four or five days.
The official charge of crimes against nature carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison. If the person is a repeat offender, the maximum is life in prison.

thats messed up... but does he really deserve 15 years or life in prison for violating a dead dog? do you think the dead dog, really cared?? At most maybe some sort of public indecency with it being in public and 'in vew' of a daycare -- altho they don't mention that any kids saw him, just that's how the dog was reported to animal control. i'm not saying he's a great person or anything, but life in prison?? seems a little overkill.....

I agree Loud Scott. Sick ass people out there, but 15 years? And people get less time for rape of a live human being. Fucked up. I think the public disgrace would be sufficient

You seem to be missing the point Loud Scott. This guy is able to sexually violate a dead dog, what's next? Your 2 year old daughter? This guy lacks morales, self respect, respect for others, and common sense.

If this was spartia, he would be dead 3 before he was able even able to unzip his pants.

Exactly, he did it front of a daycare....whos to say he wont rape a kid from that daycare in the coming years?

Also its maximum of 15 years of prison, chances are he wont get even close to that..

You guys are advocating "Pre-crime" from Minority Report. When I get my next ticket for speeding should the cop take away my license because "Next time you could be going 50 over instead of just 10 and take out a whole family!"

Why is the fact that he did it in front of a daycare any different than him doing in front of an office building? I'ld be willing to bet that 90% of daycare kids wouldn't even know what was going on, and by next week will have completely forgotten about it. But, adults who know what's wrong and right would most likely need years of therapy to get over it.

actually the real answer is that Loud_Scott isn't allowed to reign down the will of God as he sees fit and set things right.... no matter how many times i bring that to cops/congress/local groups of vigilantes i get shot down.....:(

Yes. Fuck the Cops/congress and dumbass politicians who have led a sheltered life and have no fucking clue what the average persons life is. I doubt many have ever been to walmart, and probably scoff at the idea of a single woman raising kids. Politicians that is.

There is no "pre-crime" here. This man commited a crime, and now he's being punished for it, which includes a maxium of 15 years in prison.

But your argument as to why 15 years to life in prison is not an overkill is because "next time it might be worse" --

This guy put it in a dead dog -- for the next 15+ years we are going to be paying for his shelter, clothing, cable tv, and 3 hot meals a day....

does anyone esle find it disterbing that the thing was dead 2 days before this freak decided he need a little alone time with the family pet...?? I would have to agree, the time dont fit the crime, but like said, he will most likely not see any real jail time.
