Well you are a little far for us to drive. Making it is easy. It's protecting the car from the goop that isn't. Pretty much you need some big bags, Great Stuff foam from Home Depot, a 3/4" piece of MDF that will fit nicely over the spare tire hole to hold the sub(s), 1/4" sheet for the beauty panel.
1: Get everything out of the trunk.
2: Make a baffle out of the 3/4" MDF and make it flush to the trunks floor.
3: Put the bags in the spare tire hole and cover the whole trunk area.
4: Put enough Great Stuff foam in the bags so when it expands it will have filled the spare tire hole. If there is too much it will just come out the top where the sub(s) sit.
5: Let it harden over night or 24 hours.
6: Pull it all out and take off the plastic bags as best you can.
7: You know have a mold. You should be able to do the rest yourself or you can send it to someone to do it for you.
I would take the mold, a box that it fits it and some plaster of Paris and make a blank trunk hole. This way you can lay fiberglass mat and resin with out messing up your real car. You will want 3/16"-1/4" of mat and the resin will thicken it up more. If I remember correctly, and I do most of the time, 1/4" of fiberglass with mat is equal to 3/4" MDF. As i said find someone to do this for you or you can lay it yourself. I have time to do this this week and next but after that I am busy with tuning my car, fixing my stereo, building other peoples cars and planning a trip.

Lol! Anything made of fleece (sp?) can be used, so hit up Wal-Mart and get some blank material to make a fleece shirt but use it for an enclosure. The resin I get from a distributor in 1-gallon jugs. You can hit any auto body supply store or I can ship one to you. I'd have to look at the price.
With this box I though about just putting on a lot of resin and then getting the resin thick enough to polish it. Then painting some of it to show that awesome pattern!

Lol it got resined, bondo'd and covered in vinyl. I can do one in tie-dye for you with a more clear resin, like for carbon fiber. But that will take a lot of the resin and polishing. I just had to put enough on it to make it really stiff then the bondo to smooth it out for the vinyl.
