no these arent rays, these are new yes 12x1.5 will fit civics and accords

JDM - what kind of stuff do u have? im mostly interested in audio stuff.

ok sounds good just make sure the lug nut opening on your rims are as wide the lug nuts pictured, i ordered these for my winter rims and unfortunately my rims lug nut opening are too small for it.
