Hit & Run

Yep the title explains it all... My baby Sol was involved in a hit and run this morning between 1am and 2:30am in Ft. Collins. :cry: My rear bumper is totally jacked and I'm PISSED. No note was left to say "Sorry" NOTHING! I came back to my friends house (apt complex type shit) to find my rear bumper and my rear panel (drivers side) JACKED up. :guns: Fucking people should at least have the RESPECT to leave a note saying sorry. Fuckin A, write SORRY in the dirt that was on the car!! GRRRRRRR!!!!! So fuckin shit, I don't know what to do. No cars were around me when I got there and it just looks as if they mashed my car as they were backin out of the spot next to me. I said I was Ok to my friend who was worried cuz he knows he loves my damn car so much :cry: and I am fine but still it sucks when it happens to you... So in short, if you ever fucking hit my car you will die if I find you. LOL No really, even a note would have been nice. :(

Insurance will cover almost anything. It just depends if you want to pay your detuctable and risk your premium going up...

That sucks. I can relate, the same happened to me, though not nearly as bad. I've got a nice 6" crack in my rear fiberglass bumper to show for it. Yes, insurance will pay for it (minus deductible), but your premium will go up because of it.

ugg..I hate people. Something like that ever happened to my car I swear I'd kill them too. I think when you are a "car person" having that sort of shit happen is just that much worse...sorry to hear about the Sol.

yeah in some fucked up sorta way it's like having a child or someone really close to you get hurt. It isn't worth calling my insurance on it. So screw em LOL. People should just be more careful:(

Maybe the handcuffs and the bat scared them off! I'd be freaked if I hit a car that had items as such visible. Definitley keep an eye out for a rashed car or truck (my money's on a stupid SUV) that has the slightest bit of red paint.
