I was going to Target this morning. We had tried to fix the handle grip on the bike last night and I thought that was good. So I go on the highway from the dorm and I am getting ready to pass a car and the right handel bar snaps and the bike goes down right there. I hit the ground and roll for about 30-40 feet and then as soon as I stop and jump to the side of the road. I did not hit my head but I was lucky, I just had sunglasses on. But I did have my jacket and it got a little rashed but it protected me and I also had my backpack on so it protected my spin too. I have to wheel the bike all the way back to the dorms but it still runs. I need to get a mirrior and the right handle bar now. Or if some one is good at welding I can use you help.
Now for the injuries, I got a few scrapes. I got a big one on my leg about the size of a small plate and I also got on on my stomach, and I had not gloves on so my right hand was cut up and my legs got a few cuts. I Hope to get the bike fixed in the next week or so and ride it again.

He was probably just parked on the side of the highway, out of gas, when a breeze kicked up and knocked his handle bars off while he was pretending to be speed racer while waiting for his mom to bring him a can of gas and he face planted into the speedo and knocked the bike over wrything in pain. Right after mommy pulled up, Brandon drove by.

I should have been dead now so many times it is not funny. But still I am. I have wrecked alot on mountian bikes, Including falling down part of the mountain. I have never broken a bone in my body nor have I had to use the ER for life threatining events. I am just lucky I geuss. The bike still works, I am going to fix it up and ride again. I just need to get the pants.
