Whats the diffrence?

Well my Ninja is a 92 600 R and I was looking for images of motorcycles and I noticed something. The 2004 250 looks almost the same as my bike. So I was wondering, what is the diffrence? I know the engine is diffrent but what else?

yours is 12 years older, im sure lots of adjustments have been made.

Actually, the 250/500 Ninja hasn't changed a bit for (I think) nearly 15 years now. Not sure about the older 600's but I am sure that they share alot of parts.

I was wanting to do then newer front on the bike. I like how it rides, just hate how it lookes.
