I saw a 92-95 civic hatch this morning about 7:15 headed south on Powers. The guy got off at Platte. The car is very bright lime green, black spoon/rota looking wheels. Out of state plates that read "1BDVTEC" Not sure what state they where, but looked like maybe Ohio? Had a rollcage, one red sparco, road race tie downs on the rear hatch. That was about all I noticed. Any one seen or know who this is? The car looked very nice. I couldn't get very close to talk to the guy...
