What a PITA. The rear springs only took a half hour or so. The front passenger side took about 4 hours. The drivers side wasn't nearly as hard though. I really like the ride and the look it gave the car.

In this pic the back is lowered and the front is stock. Look at all that wheel gap

Yeah it took forever, but I think I could do it in under an hour now that I know what all has to come off. I ended up using the VW car jack to pry the strut out. If I would ahve done that in the first place it would ahve been cake....

do you know how much of a drop it ended up being? also what % tint do you have...looks just like mine

I have the factory tint so it's probably the same as yours. The drop was about 1.8 in front and 1.5 or 1.6 in the rear. Perfect drop if you ask me. The ride is still very nice, but it looks SOOOO much better.

Nice! How about a close up picture of the wheel gap all around? It'll look nice after it settles too!
