I'm guessing some very blue car that was built up and the bidding had only got to $3K when this post was created. And for whatever reason the autction was deleted before it ended.

Just my guess...

Yea, it was a 97 civic with a 99 front end, H22 with turbo and NOS. It was painted a bright blue that was on the NSX and almost every part on the interior was painted that blue also. There was a nasty ass lookin hood scoop that was all sideways and it was just a waste of a perfectly good civic!
