naa I wouldn't go over $5,000 (try www.kbb.com). I brought my 96GSR 5years ago for $8100 with only 94K miles. ohh yeah I would recomend putting an alarm and some kind of tracking device on your car if you do buy it, So many fucking thief out there!!! Fuck them Thieves

KBB says about $5000 private party. That is actually lower than I was thinking. I was going to say $6500. If it was perfect KBB says about $5400.

For the seats, you can use a leather conditioner like Lexol.

I would pay over $6000 for that car, if you can get it for $4600 that is a steal right there. Especially in Colorado... friggen Honda market sucks for buying.
