Hey I have a lot of solid mahogony wood flooring. It's a beautiful dark red color. The wood is brazillian. It increases the value of any house. Also, it's not just rice, it does have some functionality. Mahogany is a much harder wood than oak so is more resiliant against scratches and divits. It also has a very long lifetime. The planks are 3.5" wide and 3/4" thick.

Both lowes and home depot quoted me at over $13 sq/ft about 6 months ago when I asked them to bid a project for 8000 sq/ft. I'm asking $7 sq/ft. All of it is brand new and still in boxes. This is defintely a high end product, not cheap.

I also have 40 pre-finished steps with bull nose finish. I'm asking $40 a step.

The pictures show different colors because of the flash, but they're all the same color.

I need to get home to see how much I would need to do the stairs. What do you use to face them? You have the tops right but what goes on the front?

Those are called the risers. You can either make them yourself out of any wood (mdf) or you can buy them at home depot for pretty cheap. I dont remember the price, but I think they sell them in bundles of 8.

You paint them any color you want, most of the time it's white.
