anyone able to run a 4473?

So, interesting situation. I have never been denied for a firearm. I recently went to go apply for my CCW, and was denied due to something in my juvenile records. I was also informed by adams county that I am to surrender or transfer all my firearms as I am not allowed to own them. When I asked the reason why, I was told they couldn't tell me, and I have to go fill out a 4473 through an FFL, and request the reason why after getting the denial paperwork. I don't understand, though, as I was never denied though NICS/CBI for a purchase? Every shop i've called/gone to have told me they will not run one for me unless I plan to buy a gun from them. Previously being an FFL, I know you can just go to instacheck's website and be done with it, but whatever. Anyone know an FFL that would run this for me to see what the issue is?

yep, was a menacing with a deadly weapon that was deferred, and expunged. Just went to the shooting range, and my CBI cleared no problem. Whatever, i'll let the woman carry my USP for me =P
