2001 GTi 1.8T

My friend just got a 2001 GTI 1.8t w/ exhaust. I was just wondering how many horses those cars have and what they run in the 1/4 mi. One of my friends said it had over 200 horses, but I don't think I believe that.

vision, they came with 150 or so hp in 01 and 180 in 02
put a chip on either and 200 whp is probably about right.

I'd say it'll probably run mid 15's, and you're right, the hp is 150

Get a chip for that sucker and it will be a completely different car.

if its a full turbo back exhaust it could have 170 hp so prob a mid 15. a chip should put it almost at 200 whp
