Yeah, that's a joke... it's been going around for quite some time. Notice that the "spoiler" only sits on the car (it's not attached), so he wouldn't be able to even more the car. The other "mods" are also all temporary and easily removable.

it would have to be a joke.. that car would not move at more than 20 mph before the wing took flight(without the car)
it looks real funny though, i like the statement it makes..
